Welcome to Honingham Thorpe Farms (HTF). A contract farming business based in Norfolk.

We are located 5 miles West of Norwich adjacent to the Southern Bypass in the centre of Norfolk.

HTF is a family based Limited Liability Partnership which has grown since the early 1950's from the original 400 acres at Honingham Thorpe to some

6,000 acres farmed under various agreements today.

Our farming operations extend in a 20 mile radius from Honingham at present however we are always interested in exploring opportunities to grow the business, we will consider any farming proposals where the landowner seeks to share the benefits of spreading costs and the most up to date technology.

During these 60+ yrs HTF has developed from a mixed enterprise with a dairy herd, pig and sheep units combined with the traditional Norfolk cropping including Wheat, Barley, Potatoes, Peas, Beans, Maize, Linseed and Oilseed Rape.

Along the way we grew a range of more challenging crops including: Carrots, Parsnips, Blackcurrants, Cabbages, Turnips, Swedes, Tulips, Daffodils and Evening Primrose.

More recently we have streamlined our activities and now operate a relatively simple system with less crops and more specialisation.

The success of this strategy is totally dependent upon our reliance on our small but dedicated team who now use some of the most advanced equipment available in our sector.
